For years fly anglers have used the Hends 404 and then the 454 and used forceps to bend them to the shape they needed. This hook has retained all the features of those hooks and is made in that tried and tested perfect jig hook shape.
The ideal hook to use with a tungsten slot bead and especially the Hends tungsten small slot beads. Once fitted the hook will swim point up - ideal when fishing deep to avoid catching on weed or on the bottom.
